MEA-I Board

MEA-I is presided over by a board of five members.

Jelena Godjevac

Jelena_Godjevac.jpgPresident and CEO of the Micro-Enterprise Acceleration Institute (MEA-I).

Unswervingly convinced that the best way to improve the world is to invest into creative learning initiatives and education in general, she is dedicated to create initiatives that will empower the undeserved communities worldwide. Passionate, about causes she takes up.

She has engineering degree and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Co-founder of the Micro-Enterprise Acceleration Institute.

Jelena lives in Geneva, travels a lot, makes stone mosaics, speaks four languages, and is the mother of two beautiful children.

Constantin Salameh

Constantin Salameh is the founder and managing partner of CSTouch, a consulting firm specializing in strategy & financial management, business planning and leadership development services for international companies.

He has 25 years of senior cross-functional (finance, sales, marketing and operations) management experience with multinational companies in the technology, private equity, retail and financial services sectors. He holds a B.Sc. (Eng.) from King's College in London, a M.Sc. (Eng.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Salameh holds positions on boards of public and private companies. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and he delivers entrepreneurship, finance and strategy courses at leading universities. He is the author of publications in the fields of international finance and business strategy. Mr.Salameh is a Swiss citizen, married and the father of two boys.

Alexandre Houcke

Alexandre_Houcke.jpg Commercial Marketing Manager for HP Personal System Group EMEA.

After his studies at Stanford University, Alexandre joined the private sector where he acquired wide experience in marketing, sales management and training. Alexandre has held several sales and marketing positions within HP EMEA and has been responsible for several project developments.

Alexander is fluent in English, French and Italian.


Elodie Primo Amado

Elodie Primo Amado is the cofounder and managing director of MOS – MindOnSite SA, an eLearning software editor based in Switzerland and part of the Demos Group.

Elodie’s career started in sales and marketing for international transportation companies. After an NLP Master certification, she built 10 years of experience in training and eLearning project management but also in skills development. 

She worked as project and implementation manager on different eLearning projects. She also led custom eLearning courses development and delivery. For numerous customers, she acted as a consultant, performing needs analysis and designing adequate training solutions.

Elodie lives in Lausanne, loves books and promotes sustainable development values that are not only applicable to the environment but also to social and economic systems. 


Jeannette Weisschuh

HP Office of Global Social Innovation Jeannette Weisschuh is leading the education initiatives for HP´s Office of Global Social Innovation. She and her team collaborate with partners around the globe to innovate teaching and learning concepts for students in the 21st century. Prior to that Jeannette led the Corporate Affairs organization for HP in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) focusing on social investments and EU related projects. In close collaboration with key business stakeholders on a regional and country level she was responsible for the implementation of HP´s global citizenship strategy and CSR related programs in the region.

Previously, Jeannette held senior positions within HP for Corporate Affairs and HP´s enterprise business group in EMEA and managed Corporate and Brand Communications for HP Germany to intensify HP´s brand and market awareness. Jeannette joined HP in 1996. She has many years of management experience from her tenure in HP as well as with other companies and media in Germany and in the US. She holds a masters degree in business administration and communications from the University of Pforzheim/Germany.

First president of MEA-I - Didier Philippe

Didier_Philippe.jpgCo-founder of the Micro-Enterprise Acceleration Institute (MEA-I)

Didier holds a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from France and a MBA from INSEAD.
He joined Hewlett-Packard in 1980 where he had a 26-year international career, in France, the US and Switzerland.

From 2000 to 2004, Didier was Director within the Strategy and Corporate Development organization for HP and served for several years as Chairman of the Board for HP EMEA Philanthropy and Education.

Didier lives in Geneva, Switzerland.  He is a French and Swiss national, married, and has four children.
